TechWave Designs ("we", "our", or "us") acknowledges the importance of intellectual property rights and anticipates that our users will adhere to these principles as well. In alignment with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (the "DMCA"), we are committed to promptly addressing reports of copyright violations that occur through our services, as long as these reports are directed to our appointed Copyright Agent listed in the sample notice below.

If you are the copyright owner, have received authority to act on behalf of the owner, or possess exclusive rights under the copyright, we encourage you to report any alleged infringements occurring on or via our website (the "Site"). This can be done by filling out the DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement and submitting it to our designated Copyright Agent. Upon receiving your Notice as specified below, we will take appropriate action as we see fit, which may include removing the disputed material from the Site.

• 1. Clearly identify the copyrighted work you claim is being infringed or, if applicable, provide a representative list of works that you believe have been infringed.
• 2. Specify the material or link you allege is infringing (or is subject to infringing activity) that you would like to be disabled, including, at a minimum, the URL or exact location of the material on our Site.

• 5. Sign the Notice with your full legal name and either electronic or physical signature.

Be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who intentionally submits false information regarding material or activities that infringe may face legal consequences.

If your content has been taken down (or access to it has been restricted) and you believe it does not infringe, or that you have permission from the copyright owner to post and use the content, you are welcome to submit a counter-notice with the following details to our Copyright Agent:

• 1. Your physical or electronic signature;
• 2. Identification of the removed content and the location where it was available prior to removal;
• 3. A statement affirming your good faith belief that the content was removed or disabled due to an error or misidentification;
• 4. Your contact information including name, address, phone number, and email address, along with a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of federal courts in Seychelles, and acknowledging that you will accept service of process from the person who initially notified of the alleged infringement.

If we receive a counter-notice, we may forward a copy to the initial complainant, advising that we could restore the removed content or cease disabling it within 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner initiates a court action against the content provider or user, we may reinstate the content or restore access to it within 10 to 14 business days or beyond, at our discretion.

In compliance with the DMCA and applicable laws, we implement a policy that allows for the termination of users who are identified as repeat infringers under suitable circumstances. We also reserve the right to limit access to our Site and/or terminate accounts of users infringing on the intellectual property rights of others, regardless of whether prior infringements have occurred.
